I traded my Fatboy for a Jumbo for a Condor II for EDC. I guess it isn't a sling, but I started out with a sling. :-)

In reality, you can get a fair amount of stuff in a Fatboy and more in a Jumbo, but you really have to pack carefully.

In the end, I found the Jumbo just wasn't big enough, and when packed full, sling carry just got uncomfortable if worn for any serious amount of time.

IMO you are *not* going to get your Thinkpad in either the Fatboy or the Jumbo.
