Hmm, heat seeking bullets, let me think of the number of ways that is just wrong. In order to target humans it would be looking for roughly 98 degrees, it couldn't differentiate between humans, and what if I am in the middle east where it is 120 outside?
Now incendiary bullets, I like firing those outta ma deuce, they look pretty when they hit things. Is it to much to ask for an educated populace?
