Indiana Supreme Court ruled that these types of stops without warrants are UNCONSTITUTIONAL (Indiana Constitution).

And why would you announce that you are concealed carrying to the cop? I could understand and would strongly encourage you to announce that you were carying if you were asked to "step from the vehicle", but other wise I would say "Keep Your Mouth Shut". Why give the cop the opportunity to get excited or over react?

I think you are making your own problems there.
