For me, company policy is just company policy. I would know if it was illegal to carry there as soon as I got to the interview.
In todays market, if I needed the job, and it was a good opportunity, I don't think carry policy would deter me from taking the job.

Ditto - concealed is concealed, and risk-to-family of my being out of work is known and would be present, vs. very unlikely scenario of need for weapon at work. I would keep my eyes open for "no weapons permitted on company property" signs, though.
