S&W 3913, but they are hard to find. In the last two years, I've only seen two for sale locally, and they didn't last long.

It's DA/SA, 9mm, made in the USA, and the grip is very small. The trigger, even in DA, is much easier to pull than my SP-101. The 3913 has a good reputation for being dependable and easy to carry.

It is 8+1, but to get higher capacity, it would soon require a double-stack and thus a much thicker grip. Although 8+1 may not seem like a lot compared to some, that is almost double the SP-101's capacity.

I have one, not for sale, but I'd be willing to let her hold and shoot it to see if she likes it. I'll be passing through KS Tuesday early evening if you all are interested in trying it out.
