Spyderco or Benchmade...
I personally don't like Kershaw as I and a couple of friends have had nothing but bad luck with them. I think the Leek is particularly suboptimal for SD use due to the shape and size of the handle (too small and "slick").

If you carry in Condition 3, you have two empty chambers. One in the weapon...the other between your ears.
