I not sure I understand your question, but I think the current lack of availability has more to do with the continued popularity of the LCP than the recall. Most people I know who sent their LCP in on the recall had them back in less than 10 days. My local dealer had 9 of them in stock at the time and they were all back in less than two weeks. Given that this recall is now 9 months old and how quickly Ruger has repaired and returned the guns, I'd guess almost all of the repairs have been completed.

If you're looking for one, Bud's Gun Shop currently shows them in stock at $379.00 delivered. There are a bunch of them for sale on Guns America ranging in price from $299.00 to $499.00.
