The Cop was asking for his Drivers license not an ID.
From what I saw the guy was just walking by, he had no idea what was even going on.

The officer was way out of bounds by getting in his face about it.

My twin is an LEO and he deals with people who have guns all the time, the difference is he understand the laws concering guns in our area, so nothing like this has ever occured to him. He knows he is at fault that is why he leaves for a second to get a second opinion and thats when he leaves.
