If she is in Stoddard County like I am, Sheriff Carl Hefner is very gun-friendly. Permit to Acquire handgun takes about 10 minutes and is $5. CCW takes about 30 days and costs $38 for FBI Check and 60 for permit. Missouri is Shall-issue. |
