I just went through a discussion with Kevin and ordered a cochise defender w/ sweat guard and suede backing (have to talk to him about that). I already have a cochise defender w/ sweat guard for my Beretta PX4.
Cochise Defender: is a little thicker (two pieces of leather - front to back). Can reholster easier (due to additional piece of leather) and can reverse the clips to carry OWB (I've never done this).
Dakota - thinner profile. Newer design.
