I've been carrying IWB for the last twenty years. You will increase your pant's size 1'-2" in the waist.

I reccommend a 2" increase in girth size. By the time you add the holster, gun and whatnot you will be glad you increased the size two inches. If you are carrying a 1911 you may be able to get away with a 1" increase, but just about every other gun/holster combination will need a 2" increase.
