OK, I might as well finish this once and for all. Yes, we are behind. No, we didn't do it on purpose. We had no control over the circumstances that caused it. Use your heads - would I go out of my way to destroy a reputation that I've spent nearly 24 years building? Of course not.
Someone does have control over how long it will take to resolve our backlog, and it is YOU, my customers. We cannot deal with dozens and dozens of emails and phone calls each day asking "Is it done yet"? I've done everything that I know of to get ya'll to back off and let me work - I'm at a loss as to what it will take.
If you want a refund, ask for it and I'll be happy to cancel your order and drop a check in the mail. All other orders will be filled within the next 60-90 days. After that time, we will be selling holsters exclusively thru an online dealer. That way everyone will be receiving their holsters right away, and this bitchfest will hopefully end. If for some reason that does not work out, "plan B" is to sell holsters directly from stock. No orders will be taken, and no one will be charged for a holster until it ships. This also means that no custom work will be available. We will post a list of what is available and you can take it or leave it.
Autofan, all I will say is that I will happily do a weekly update eblast for all of my customers when you step up and volunteer to pay for it.
