Since I'm a lil on the "buffet line" size I use a MTAC or Crossbreed Supertuck when there's need for tails in. The CB even has spacers on the clip for increased clearance for shirts.

What problems are you having with the #20, It look's like a nice set up?
I am also looking at both the MTAC as well as the CB super tuck but the exposed clip's are an issue and the #22 is completely out of sight, I don't want the "what are the clip's for" questions?.
Even though the #22 is unique and will need getting used to I'm sure it is just like concealed carry in general, everything is a compromise in order to make it apart of your edc. From what you wear, how you wear it, size, color, etc. I see no reason why I can't make this holster set up for the "office" work 8-10hours a day.
I am surprised no one has posted experiance with a #22 yet, seem's like it would be a good option for deep concealment.
