I like my Galco Concealable. Pancaked flat curve on the inside, gun specific molded on the outer side makes it hug your body pretty well. Open top and bottom, slots to fit a belt up to 1½ wide, and FBI rake/tilt. Around $80-$85, and well made for a "non-custom" holster, IMO.
Personal note: Although the FBI tilt helps in concealability, my personal preference would be for it to be just a few degrees less. For me I know it would make it just a tad easier drawing/reholstering. Nothing practice can't cure, though.
