Good timing. I placed an order for a holster right around New Year's, so it's been 9 months. Over the last week, I left a message or two on the phone -- no reply. Yesterday I emailed, so we'll see if that gets answered.
But I'm not sure what phone contact will do. Usually if you manage to catch these guys on the phone, you'll get the automatic "oh yeah, your holster is in the pile right now -- it'll be out next week" line to get you off the phone, and of course you won't see it next week.
