Talk to the folks who make the pocket holsters and they'll tell you what works. For folks who make their living from leather I've been pleasantly surprised when they have occasionally referred to another maker if they don't feel they make what fills your needs. Very professional folks with very few exceptions. The first ones I'd call would be K&D Holsters, Pocket Concealment Systems and Andrews Leather. If one of them can't give you the right answers there are many more!
