You all should be very happy of the fact that Kevin only charges when he starts your order, I think that is a very fair practice. If he didn't eventually secure the order at some point before he was ready to deliver he quite possibly and probably would be stuck with holsters that customers order and never pay for.
Try paying and waiting for two years and NEVER getting holsters you have ordered and wasting all that time. My only regret is that I wasn't smart enough to order through Kevin in the first place.
