I totally agree. You may need your weak hand to block or push the BG gun out of your direction while you draw your sidearm.
In the tap it twice in 3 seconds test, I fire the first round with one hand, (less than one second) then the weak hand joins in for the second shot.
When I’m shooting for accuracy, I always use two hands.
