Is there anybody here from New Orleans that this happened to? I guess I probably already know that answer. The people here have chosen to be responsible for themselves, therefore probably would have evacuated and not depended on the gov't to save them.
I wasn't trying to start a fight, I just want to know if he learned a better way to handle this, then what went on down there. And I do believe something like this will happen again, probably within 10 years. I just don't know if it will be localized or national.
