As I'd noted, that's a custom holder not made or offered by Kabar that can be had via third party channels. ^^
IIRC there are two others making similar custom rigs for the TDI in specific.
The OEM holsters though do not support horizontal mounting so a custom one would be an additional and secondary cost point.
