I have both....I prefer the M-Tac for the following reasons:
the clips on M-tac slide over the belt and are easier to remove than the J-clips of the Crossbreed.
The Crossbreed feels too wide to me.
The M-tac allows you to buy new kydex inserts for to switch off to a different gun.
The only advantage the Crossbreed has is a more reasonable price.
