I have both and prefer the Crossbreed over the MTAC. Sure the fininsh is nicer on the MTAC - but who cares - it will be hiding. You can order any style of clip that you prefer on either one - so don't let that be a factor. The MTAC is too stiff because of their shell swap out. They have to utilize more material (both leather & Kydex) to achieve this. This makes the MTAC a little less comfortable and less concealable.
