I don't carry fixed blades much, but when I do, it's either a TOPS UTE II, which appears to be discontinued because I didn't see it on their website. There are a lot of other nice smaller fixed blade on their site, and they have belt clip/neck carry options. I personally don't like the neck carry option because it tends to slide around.

The other fixed blade knife I will carry is the MOD Razorback on belt clip.

If you want something inexpensive, a CRKT Stiff KISS with a cord-wrapped handle would work nicely.
