When I looked up TN law (planning a trip down there) I noticed that they referred to the "building."

That raised a question that you might answer.

If you are in a hotel that serves alcohol for consumption in it's bar or restaurant, does that mean the whole "building" is non-carry? If I come into the lobby, register, go to my room, etc w/o going into the bar or restaurant, would I be in violation?
