Looper is in my local area and their customer service is not good. If they have what you want on the shelf then they are more then friendly to sell it to you.
They have great belts at a great price on a rack for you to try out.
If they have to order something then they just write it down and tell you it will be a few weeks. I tried to call back to check on the order and I can't get a person to answer the phone. I left a message and was never called back.
This isn't the only time I've tried to get them to order something for me.
