Brass question

We ("we" being my dad and I) have most of what we need to reload the two most common rifle calibers we shoot (8mm and 7.62x54R), including a progressive press and some dies. However, we shoot handguns more than rifles, and handgun ammo around here is going up again, so we wanted to start getting into reloading handgun stuff too. So I wanted to start collecting brass in advance, just so we have something to experiment on.

The most common ammo we shoot is Winchester White Box, both in 9mm and .45 Auto. Is this brass safe to reload? Is there any type of "target" ammo brass that would be reloadable?

Thanks,

-B
