Wow. I'm sorry for your injuries and the loss/headaches that go along with the whole incident. Thanks for posting this, as I was going to purchase a 5.7 soon. Looks like I will NOT be making that purchase until you are rightly taken care of, they are all recalled for a free fix, and the design flaw is engineered out.
