Deliverance is considered a documentary/instructional vid in small towns in LA and AK, on how to treat outsiders. Either fight it in court, or zip up, and send the fine when you can.
Unfortunately, the more you talk, the more Fife has to prove he has a pair. Considering an experience my uncle had in LA, yours was pretty light.
