I got my UT + ME Non-Res yesterday. 05/15/08.
UT sent 2/22. Check cashed 3/21. Permit ARR 5/15.
ME sent2/16. Check cashed 3/21. Permit ARR 5/15.

I just recieved my non-res the other day. Good luck.
