I read a comment about a Sig. I would suggest not taking a DA/SA weapon unless that is the one you carry every day and want to be proficient with.
I forgot to add that I went with another shooter and we took our spouses. We rented a 4 BR house in Pahrump for the time we were there and split the cost. It worked out to be less than a hotel cost and coming in to a 'home' like setting, complete with home cooked meals, BBQ and hot tub was just too nice to pass up.
