REMEMBER, DO NOT LOAD OR FIRE YOUR PISTOL UNTIL IT HAS BEEN FACTORY RETROFITTED WITH NEW PARTS! IF YOU MUST FIRE YOUR PISTOL, BE SURE TO KEEP THE MANUAL SAFETY IN THE 'ON' OR 'SAFE' POSITION EXCEPT WHEN YOU ARE ACTUALLY FIRING
Imagine that a round chambered and the saftey off and a dropped gun, it went boom who woulda thunk?
With the warning kept in mind i don't feel the least bit guilty still taking it to the range for practice keeping in mind standard firing line procedure is safe direction
unloaded and open until ready to fire
load mag
slide into battery
fire until empty or drop mag clear chamber
safe direction open and empty
anyone see an issue with that one? i d k why im even asking cause i really don't.
carry is another thing and won't be until retrofit but honestly how is that issue identified do owners really drop weapons off of ladders or was it identified in inhouse testing by ruger?
