Assuming equal price and limited funds (so no rails for a while for the LMT) which one works out to be the better deal.

I understand how they rack and stack on the chart but are the differences worth a 300 dollar rail?

Just looking for the best deal overall...Do I go for a solid basic rifle and build up from there or do I get a lesser quality on that's already tricked out with the stuff I want
