Although lately Reed Knight has attempted to dial up his customer service. In the past, if you where not an NSN type or NGA type customer you just got routed to the music box.

Certainly not the best with civi's. I know one of the former design engineers that left them and now has SWR - About He also patented the now famous GRIPPOD and is setting on his boat in the Key's. He has nothing bad to say about them, but then again he's never said anything great about them, customer service that is.
I'll consider myself lucky then. And that's good to know, because every once in awhile I have input into a much larger budget than my own and I don't want to put my reputation on the line for a company with a bad customer service track record. Thanks.
