Can you still fit your pistol in the leather holster? Forget the nylon one, it's history. If you can fit your pistol in the leather holster, I'd recommend putting your pistol in it and letting it air dry. I wouldn't use a hair dryer. Then tomorrow, you may want to get some saddle soap or some leather care product to use once it's dry. Air drying may take a couple days or more. It should be salvageable. I've never had this happen, just what I would do if it did. I'm sure some of our holster makers would have better suggestions.
