If you wear a T-shirt under the holster, either is fine. If you don't, go with the Crossbreed. You won't be unhappy with either, just maybe happier with one.
(I carry a HK P2000sk with the longer 10-rd X-grip, same length as USPc or P2000.)

+1 A bit of saddle soap helps speed up the break in process too!
