The major difference bwteen IWB and OWB is that the barrel can poke out. You may have to adjust how you dress to accomidate.
Any of the custom leather manufacturers can build the holster you're looking for.
Check out Little Bear Custom Holsters, UBG Holsters, K&D Holsters, TT Gunleather, Milt Sparks etc. There are so many options and pretty much any of them that can mold for your firearm, will work 100%.
I have carried OWB with a Raven Concealment kydex holster. I did so with a HK45 (full size). That's quite a feat. I used an XL t-shirt and nothing more. There wasn't any excessive printing to speak of. They don't make a holster for the HK45c though.
