Hi everyone, I thought that I would share my experience with this great company. I know not everyone here likes Crossbreed, but some do, and some are still out looking for a holster. I bought my Supertuck for my M&P back in May when I applied for my CCW. I wear it every time that I carry. Well, Saturday December 20th when I took my holster off that night I noticed a small crack in the Kydex
. I e-mailed Mark and he told me to send it back to him. I sent it out Fedex ground Monday the 22nd. They told me it should be there by the 24th. I went out to the mail box yesterday to get the mail, and my holster was sitting there. I couldn't believe that he got my holster fixed and returned to me that quick
. As a side note I got his tuckable double mag carrier for Christmas. Can't wait till it is broken in.
