They sound like great guys in handling problems.
I am not sure if it's a huge problem, however I was rough with mine for the year and a half of carrying daily and developed a small crack in the kydex. I shipped it off to crossbreed and was upset that I was going to have to use a bellyband for carry. I was shocked when I received it back within 3 days good as new. though the best customer service is none needed, it's nice knowing that this company will take care of the customer when an issue arises. I now carful not to be as rough or lay on it when napping or watching a movie.

Due to the product and how good the customer service is I plan on being a lifetime customer of crossbreed and will be placing a order for my glock soon. I cannot say enough good about this company, and highly recommend them to people looking for a holster.
