No its not, we just generally honor our lifetime warranty with no questions asked.

We've replaced holsters that have been busted in fights, left in dryers, under ovens and lots of other everyday mishaps.

The most we ever charge is 1/2 of the original price and that is only if it's an obvious abuse issue.
General wear and tear, even under extreme conditions and environments, is always covered 100%

We have well over 15,000 holsters made and delivered over the past 3 years and our return/repair rate (including "try-it-free" returns) has run below 2% for the vast majority of that time.

Stuff happens, things break sometimes.

I'd rather earn customer for life than quibble over a few bucks.
