"Enemies" Trilogy and "Unintended Consequences"

I picked up an interesting book at the gun show this weekend. Its called "Enemies Foreign and Domestic" by Matthew Bracken. There is already a sequel, and the third book in the triogy is coming out soon.

Check it out here:

Has anyone read "Unintended Consequences" by John Ross?

I'm a big fan of Unintended Consequences. Great book. John's a great guy in person... Sign up for a class if you're ever in St. Louis!

If you haven't read Unintended Consequences you absolutely should.

I got to hang out with John Ross at SHOT Show this year and it was a good time. His book has had a very deep impact on "gun culture" and has a good amount of info on the history of how we got to be where we are.

Great Books

I have read both of Matthew Bracken's books and they are excellent, and must read for everyone who believes in the 2nd amendment. I'm in the middle of Unintended Consequences which is a fantastic book, also a must read for everyone who believes in the 2nd amendment. These books will wake you up to what is happening right now, like Unintended Consequences "says" they are taking away from us a 'Slice" at a time.

I don't read anything, I get bored with magazine articles. When my friends told me I had to read Unintended Consequences I looked at it and thought "do what?" it's about 1000 pages. They told me if I started I'd finish it, I thought it was bs. He said he'd bet me if I finished it I'd buy my own copy and also another to share with a friend. I finished it in about 2 months. I'm on my second read now. I did actually buy two other copies and have lent them to friends. Easy to say its my favorite book ever because its probably the only one I've ever read beyond college. haha. Seriously, more people should read this book, its freakin great. You'll find yourself awake at 2am thinking I can read one more chapter then sleep, then around 430 am you'll be like dangit I gotta stop doin this. Great characters, amazing story telling of true and fictional events. Find it and buy two copies.
