You dont have the right codec to play the file then, most likely. You can google "ace mega codec" and DL that file then install it. It's a huge pack of codecs to render various types of video and audio files that windows won't play by default.

There are SO MANY new people to firearms carry these days.
It's fantastic that the seasoned folks and experienced packers are producing these helpful and informative vids.
