Boston's Gun Bible - Book review wanted.

I came across an interesting book, Boston's Gun Bible by Boston T Party, on Amazon while looking around for 2A and firearm related literature.

The reviews on Amazon are very favorable, the book looks like it will be a good read at the very least, possibly a good resource.

But I am wary of Amazon reviews as they are sometimes posted by uninformed self-proclaimed experts. I would prefer to read a review or two from someone here to be honest. Yes, I am inferring that we are better informed, sue me...

Has anyone read this book, is it any good?

Thanks in advance.

Anyone read it?

Nobody?

Hmm, I'll just have to get it then...

Consider it done, It'll take a few days to get and then maybe a few more to read, so I'll post a review next week sometime.

it's a good read ... albeit slightly dated in parts. it is biased, but then again, he never purports to be otherwise.

i keep it around and reference it occasionally, but it's geared toward those "less knowledgeable" about firearms and their capabilities and employment.

hope this helps

Thanks. i went ahead and ordered it, it was 'enigmatic' enough to warrant further investigation.

I can almost guarantee you'll get at least something out of it ... I had just that in mind when I ordered it, and I wasn't disappointed.

A good friend sent me the revised version and yes, it is a good "study" book but not particularly a good read.

Parts of it have been updated somewhat and other parts are ancient. You will get some good information and possibly some good opinion if you study the book.

Enjoy!
