What a find!
I was "surfin' the net" the other day and voila...I struck gold. This is absolutely unbelievable... http://stores.lulu.com/jitsu The Shanghai Municipal Police Manual from 1915, This, along with STL is the mother lode...the Holy Grail people. For the record: I have no connection with this publishing, my purpose is that one doesn't miss out on a true rare classic. Get it before it's gone forever.
