American Handgunner Personal Defense 2008 Special Edition Annual. 170 pages. $9.95 on your local newstand.

This annual publication contains 14 feature articles geared towards personal defense and concealed carry. Two of the articles are reprinted from past issues of American Handgunner, but the rest are original.

The authors include the usual suspects, i.e., Clint Smith, Massad Ayoob, John Connor, Ralph Mroz, and others.

A sample of the topics covered are "Surviving Traumatic Injury", "Defensive Driving", "Why We Carry", "After The Shooting", and "Self Defense Ammo", just to name a few.

There's a ton of good information here, written by some of the best in the business.

Highly recommended.

This was a very good magazine edition. Especially great for people just looking to get into ccw. It had great info, talked about a wide variety of topics, and was quite intuitive. Might not be bad just to have lying around the house so that the sheeple can read it when they see it.
