They are located 2 miutes away from my office, great people over there, always have up-to-date info on everything else. Call them with your questions. Have be buying updates for other things for years.

I have the book, even thought I am not in NY anymore. I found it to be very informative. They also will send you updates (for a reasonable price) witch I think is great.
