well... i don't conceal it but i currently carry a colt M4 with 7 30 round magazines. the chrome sterling 9mm isn't mine

Springfield Amory's XD 40 w/ 12+1 extended-grip mags.
I use the XD Gear molded holster that comes in the case kit. No extra magazines. I figure that if I can't hit it w/ 13 shots, it may be my time... |

I don't have my permit yet, but I plan on carrying my Springfield Armory XD-9 subbie in my Crossbreed Super-Tuck IWB holster. It's why I bought the subbie in the first place - as my carry piece. I'll have the standard mag (10+1) loaded, and carry a 15-round backup mag. Current ammo is Winchester USA 147gr JHP.
I also have an XD-9 service, but with "standard" capacity magazines. Maybe if I get some high capacity mags for that, I'll decide to carry that one instead (depending on my mood). The holster can accomodate any model of XD, so it's an easy switch.
