How often do you clean your firearm?(MERGED)
How often do you clean your weapons? Do you clean your handgun after every time you pratice, even if you just shoot 50 rounds or less or do you clean it after a couple of hundred rounds or more?

Every time I shoot, and a good deep cleaning at least every month if i can find the time

A thorough cleaning after every shooting. Once a week lube on my CCW's. Cheap labor and insurance. Used Break Free CLP for years. Last couple have swapped over to MILITEC-1. Follow their directions for initial application and I do believe you will like the results. Shot 750 rds through my Beretta Vertec with no FTF's.

I always clean after every range session!!! If not at the range for a week or so I always make sure that they are well lubed!!! By the way, I always run about 50 to 100 rounds through my carry weapon on EVERY range trip!!!!

Every time I shoot no matter how many rounds went through it, and quick wipe down periodically

I usually wipe down my weapon and clean it every 2 weeks or so (primary carry). Something has always rubbed me wrong about taking apart a gun and cleaning it as soon as I function check it at a range. So my primary Glock gets a generally exterior cleaning and then I will clean it again right before another trip to the range. All my other range guns get cleaned immediately after a trip.

They're always cleaned and RIGg'ed before they're put away. One round or 1000 rounds. Makes no difference.

Everytime after a shoot...and then once a month if I don't shoot that particular weapon.

For most of my pistola's...
After each range visit, or 6 months of inactivity in the safe...which ever comes first... Stay armed...with a cleaned weapon...stay safe!
