Just took my PM9 to the range
I received my Kahr PM9 this Wednesday and just got back from the range.
Shot 200 rounds for the break in per the Kahr instruction manual. I never had a single problem with this gun, no FTF's. It was flawless. Now, I consider myself fairly strong and love to throw the iron around, etc., but I don't ever plan on going back to shoot 200 rounds in one session anytime soon with this one. It does shoot with some snap and your wrists will feel it after 200 rounds. I was impressed with the accuracy considering how small it is. Trigger pull is nice. I practiced at the range with a Desantis nemesis pocket holster and it worked great. the holster stays in every time and the gun is very light and really fits good in my pocket. While I enjoy my 1911 tremendously this little gun will be a nice addition for me and my concealed carry now that is is getting very hot here in Louisiana and I resort to wearing shorts and T-shirts more often. Two thumbs up for this one. ![]() ![]() PM9.jpg trio.jpg |

The PM9 is the best of the best. Congrats on the break in too.

+1. My Kahr has around 700 rounds thru it and not a single failure. It's sooooo comfy and easy to carry! If you own one of these you can never use the excuse "it's so uncomfortable, that's why I'm not carrying today"

Kahr makes a great "bottomfeeder" for it's intended purposes.
I traded mine for a SP101 and change, as I like Revolvers more, but there was nothing wrong with the PM9. There used to be a good "Sticky" over at Glock Talk regarding how to properly lube the Kahr PM9. It may still be there for all I know. I found that if a Kahr is properly broken in and lubed it will usually run like a champ. ![]() Biker ![]()
