Mcapote if your talking belt size try Galco they used to have one , and if they dont currently they may make you up one , or on another note any saddle/boot repair shop should be able to quickly graft any type or size belt onto the pack you like easily ( they will have the industrial sewing machine or a stitcher ) and for a minimal cost .

I just bought a fanny pack at www.coronadoleather.com. I believe the belt will fit up to 50". They call them stealth packs. It's made out of leather and is well made also. The belt is not leather. They don't have the best customer support IMO.

+1 on the Coronado pack. I have one of their small ones for my P11. I take a 44" pant (and decreasing--was 46" a few months ago) and I have 4-6" of adjustment left on the waistband.

Look at: www.gungear.com
I have one of their rigs and have a 44" waist. Works fine and is made for pistol carry. |

While it's not specifically for a weapon
I have seen in the Kingsize catalog a fanny pack that goes up to 72 in
