Other budget choices are
Gould and Goodrich shooters belt Under $50.00 Aker B21 belt. Also under $50.00 I do currently use a Galco COP belt as my beater everyday belt. It's adequate but the leather is starting to stretch a bit.

The Looper Kydex is $30.
And it's not THAT big of a planet! ![]() There are a lot of good belts out there. You can pay more or less for them. But, like holsters, they can be rather individual. What works for me won't for someone else. At least that's what it seems to be from other comments. I have a Wilderness, K&D and Looper that I use. I also had a Beltman that I sold to my brother which I liked very well. (If someone has a Liger they want to send I'd take that too. lol) To me they are all effective.

I don't think they usually sell to the public on the internet, but I'd bet they could help you out if you call them. It has been a while since I bought one, but I think they're $30.

It really is. I just need to get one of your holsters one day to hang from it.

All mine cost a bagillion. And I hate it. But my suppliers require bagillions for me to get raw materials to work with. On top of that, I mess up bagillions of dollars worth of leather, so I have to charge bagillions more to hopefully, make a profit.
It's a vicious circle. |

I just received my Liger Gun Belt from Botach Tactical . It was $54.00 + shipping so it came out to $62. I am on the other side of the country from Cali and it took 4 days from day of ordering.
Only thing, I ordered Dark Brown with Black buckle, nothing stated it was Sold Out Online. They promptly called me and asked if I wanted to wait for the new shipment to come in or if I would take a Dark Brown with Silver buckle. I took the silver and am very happy with it. My C-Tac does not shift around at all and to move my gear I have to unhook the belt. As trying to shift it causes my shorts to rotate.

Wilderness belts are very good, but look very tactical. You can get yourself a quality leather gun belt from most of the leather crafters on the mega link and other sites for around $60.00 on average. I've one one from KD, Beltman, Andrews & UBG, all are very nice and get the job done, without looking like a gun belt.

If you go to Beltman's site and read how he constructs the belts you'll see the difference between a quality gunbelt and a $15 Walmart belt.
And you don't have to pay $100 for a belt from Beltman, although you certainly can depending on what you want. I especially like his black buckle on my black bullhide belt!

I'm looking for a gun belt in ranger style so I can use my $60 silver/gold buckle set. The ranger is the kind that is 1.5" with a thin front that goes through the buckle.
Any ideas? JIM
